5. During the installation of the pipeline, the finished products shall be protected, and gloves, bolts, welding materials and other sundries are strictly prohibited from falling into it

6. All parts that will be corroded must be treated with anti rust treatment and added with appropriate anti rust paint. At the same time, during installation, electrolytic action caused by direct contact of different metals should be prevented

7. Pipes shall be fixed with supports, especially pipes with flexible joints and pipes that are not allowed to bear loads, which shall be fixed with additional supports

8. The maximum pipe support spacing shall not exceed 5 meters. The actual layout and details shall be provided by the design requirements and parameter table and submitted to the project management and the owner for approval

9. The support of uninsulated power pipeline generally adopts arc-shaped pipe support, but in order to prevent accidental falling off of the pipeline due to radial displacement in the horizontal direction, sliding supports should be set every 24m or so

10. Pipe supports, supports and parts shall be painted with two coats of antirust paint and one coat of gray finish after rust removal

11. The welding of supports and hangers shall be carried out by qualified welders, and there shall be no defects such as missing welding, under welding or welding cracks. When the pipe is welded with the support, the pipe shall not have undercut, burn through and other phenomena

12. The circumferential weld of the pipe shall not be placed on the support, and the distance from the edge of the support shall not be less than 200mm. The longitudinal weld of the welded steel pipe shall face the direction convenient for inspection

13. When the compressed air pipe is threaded, each branch pipe shall be provided with a union near the threaded valve and other maintenance parts for easy maintenance

14. The compressed air pipes with a design pressure greater than 1.0MPa shall be subject to sampling radiographic inspection after installation. The sampling proportion shall not be less than 5%, and the quality shall not be lower than grade III

15. After the installation of the power pipeline, the strength test of the pipeline system shall be carried out. When the pneumatic test is adopted, the test pressure of the low-pressure system is 1.15mpa and the test pressure of the high-pressure system is 1.61mpa. The test medium is dry and clean air, which needs to be approved by the construction unit before the test. At the same time, safety protection and isolation measures should be taken during the pressure test. Before the test, the pre-test must be carried out with air. During the test, the pressure shall be increased gradually and slowly. When the pressure rises to 50% of the test pressure, if no abnormality or leakage is found, the pressure shall be increased by 10% of the test pressure step by step, and each stage shall be stabilized for 3min until the test pressure. Then stabilize the pressure for 10min, and then reduce the pressure to the design pressure for inspection. It is qualified if the foaming agent does not leak after inspection

16. The Contractor shall submit the pressure test plan to the project management party and the owner for approval before the pressure test
